Shipping your items may take up to 3-10 business days. Depending on the shipping carrier you choose. Please note that after your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order.
Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, you might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If there are issues with verifying your address, or realized that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will try to resolve these issues.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. Please contact your local United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for a package that states delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The rates may vary for international orders depending on certain countries. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. Please note that we are not in control of the taxes and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. Also, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
