Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the shipping carrier and method you select. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipment.

Shipping Address
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including proper abbreviations and spacing. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at lazochicboutique@gmail.com, and we will do our best to correct it before shipping. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues.

Tracking & Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office. Lazo Chic is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.

International Shipping
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that your country may impose additional taxes or duties on your order. These charges are your responsibility, and Lazo Chic is not responsible for any delays or additional fees once the package has left the U.S. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
