Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Containing its original hangtags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send us an email at email@example.com and then if accepted, we will process your return.
All returns are at the sole responsibility & expense by the customer (including the required shipping cost) unless:
- Customer is missing item/s or order/s
- Customer received wrong item/s or variant (e.g. color, size, etc.)
- Customer did not order the item/s or order/s
- Customer received duplicate item/s or order/s
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
